By using Minigames Royale, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Minigames Royale is a competitive mobile gaming platform featuring tournament-style mini-game battles with up to 32 players per tournament.

3. User Accounts

• Accounts are created automatically using your device identifier.
• You are responsible for your chosen display name. Offensive names may be removed.
• Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Fair Play

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools is prohibited.
• Score manipulation will result in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to ban accounts violating fair play policies.

5. In-Game Currency & Energy

The energy system regenerates over time. Watching advertisements for energy rewards is optional and governed by our ad partners' terms.

Energy and any other in-game rewards have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred outside of the Service.

Reward delivery is subject to the successful completion of the advertisement. We do not guarantee the availability of rewarded ads at all times or the delivery of rewards in case of technical failure or connection loss.

6. Limitation of Liability

Minigames Royale is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Minigames Royale, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, or support.
